Beef Sirloin Noodle Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz noodles (such as rice noodles or soba noodles)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
