Grilled Citrus Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Place salmon fillets on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
4. Top each fillet with lemon and lime slices.
5. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a packet.
