Korean Spicy Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Instructions:

1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.

2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

3. Heat some oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink, then remove from the pan and set aside.

5. In the same pan, add more oil if needed and stir-fry the broccoli until it is tender-crisp.

6. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and add Korean red pepper to taste, adjusting the heat level according to your preference.

7. Stir everything together until the chicken and broccoli are well coated with the spicy sauce.

8. Serve the Korean Spicy Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry over the cooked rice and enjoy!
