Spicy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
5. Serve hot as a spicy and flavorful side dish!
