Ground Beef Stir-Fry with Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green squash, sliced
- 1 bok choy, chopped
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 fennel bulb, sliced
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add a little oil and sauté the green squash, bok choy, carrots, red onion, and fennel until they start to soften.
3. Add the cooked ground beef back into the skillet and stir to combine all the ingredients.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices or sauces.
5. Cook for a few more minutes until all the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
6. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious ground beef stir-fry with fresh vegetables!
