Spicy Salmon and Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into cubes
- 3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 3 green Thai chilis, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Add the diced kiwis and sliced green Thai chilis to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Push the cabbage mixture to the side of the pan and add the cubed salmon to the center. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Once the salmon is cooked, mix it in with the cabbage and kiwi mixture.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the stir-fry and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
